Lori surpassed all my expectations of a Realtor. Her willingness to listen to what I was looking for in a home let me to find the house I purchased on our first trip out to view homes. Her attention to detail and organizational skills made the experience seamless; she told me what I needed to do and when it needed to be done, providing me with contact information along the way. I have never had such a simple and clean home purchase experience. Lori was always accessible and responsive to my questions. There was not a detail that came up that Lori had not already anticipated and seen to. It was an amazing experience.

As I said earlier, I have worked with many Realtors over the years, and have never had such a positive experience. If you are looking for a Realtor who is organized, pays attention to detail, and treats you like your home purchase is the most important thing to her - then you will be satisfied with the service you receive from Lori Hakeem. I have wanted to purchase my first home for several years. However, the overwhelming process has intimidated me and kept me from pursuing my dream. However, Lori helped me through the process that initially seemed so painful and proved for it to be an exciting (painless) experience! She took the time to fully explain to me the process and set expectations. After a conversation with Lori, I was never questioning where to go next. She was able to address my needs before I needed to. At the same time, she communicated the steps to me in a clear, even pace, so that I was able to absorb the information she was offering.

The availability of a realtor is very important to me. In the past, I noticed once the clock hit 4:59 pm, realtors were never available! This was always frustrating to me since I got off of work at 5:00. And if I left them a message, it sometimes would take them days or weeks to call me back! This was not the case for Lori. I found whenever I needed to contact my realtor, she was available to me. This individual attention made me feel like I was her only customer!
In addition, an important trait to me in a realtor is feeling like you are being heard. I always felt like Lori listened to me when I would try to communicate to her what was important to me in finding my new home. I never felt like I was just part of the process. As well, I never felt like another customer. I felt like I was a family member or friend that she was trying to help pursue a dream!

So, if you are in the process of finding a home and share in my values, I would recommend the services of Lori Hakeem. She surpassed all of my expectations and I am confident in stating she will do the same for you!

I highly recommend Lori. She helped me find my first home at a great price. I could always count on her to answer my questions quickly, even after hours. She worked continually to find a home that was just right for me, and in a short period of time. Lori was quick to alert me to the great deal on the house I eventually bought. The house was available for only a short window of time, but Lori managed to grab this awesome deal for me. I’m very happy that I went with Lori for my realtor. I have known Lori for the past few years.  She was my bank manager at SunTrust and the level of service I received for my personal and business accounts was phenomenal.  Lori always made time for me and always made me feel as if I was the only customer she had at the bank.  Lori was available to assist via email, telephone, office visit etc. no matter how minor the issue.  If it was important to me, then it was equally important to her.  For selfish reasons, I was very sorry to see Lori leave the bank.

Given Lori's personality and dedication, I know she will continue to provide the same level of service in whatever future ventures she pursues.
